Concierge Services Specialist

Work Location: Hybrid 
Reports to: Sydney Dameron
Compensation: $22 per hour 
Position Type: Part-Time, 25 hrs/week, Non-exempt 

Position Summary: 

The Patron Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of donors and Impact Club members. This role will assist in providing an elevated theater experience for top donors through concierge services and event planning and support.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of Impact Club Events - including, but not limited to:
  • Schedule necessary additional staff for all events
  • Book tickets for invited guests, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish
  • Support in ordering catering, decor, etc.
  • Attend all Impact Club events, and act as front of house at events
• Assist in fulfillment of Impact Club membership benefits
• Act as main point of contact for all ticketing-related needs and concerns from donors, corporate partners, and Impact Club Members throughout the year
• Maintain strong relationships with Impact Club members through personal touchpoints and communications
• Manage and track all account history, relationship details and assist in membership setup and renewal
• Spearhead holiday, birthday, and milestone gifting for the Impact Club
• Reports to Director of PR & Strategic Partnerships

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience

• Knowledge of live theater and ticketing a plus
