Getting Your Tickets

You can access your tickets in two easy ways:

  • Mobile Tickets: Download our app for quick and convenient access. Simply search for The Ruth and Nathan Hale Theater in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to get started. Trouble accessing your account? Please call the box office at 801-226-8600. If you have issues retrieving the tickets in the app, they will be available at will call.
  • Will Call: Prefer physical tickets? You can pick them up at Will Call, starting one hour before showtime.

Date Changes

If you need to adjust your reservation, we’re happy to help. Please contact us at least one business day in advance; a $3 change fee per ticket applies, and your order number can be found in your confirmation email or on your tickets. Season Ticket Holders receive one complimentary date change per show, with additional changes subject to the standard per-ticket fee. All same-day changes include an additional $8 fee, including for Season Ticket Holders.

Ticket Resale

The Ruth and Nathan Hale Theater prohibits the resale of tickets, vouchers, or promotional passes for any reason. Tickets may only be purchased directly through our official channels:

​​​​​​​Tickets or vouchers obtained from any other source—including unauthorized resellers, third-party websites, or social media listings—may be invalid, counterfeit, or void. The Ruth and Nathan Hale Theater is not responsible for, and will not honor, tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers. We reserve the right to cancel or deny entry for any ticket or voucher that has been resold or distributed in violation of this policy.

Missed Performances

We encourage you to double-check your dates! Unfortunately, we’re unable to reschedule missed performances or guarantee seating availability for last-minute changes.

Performance Cancellations

If a performance is canceled, you may reschedule, donate tickets, or request a gift certificate. Refunds are not available.

Age Range

For mainstage productions, children ages 4-17 qualify for a child's ticket. Guests age 18+ require the purchase of an adult ticket. No children under the age of four or babes-in-arms. Youth Stage productions do not have any age restriction.

Available upon request.

Mobility Devices

Please inform us in advance if you will remain in your wheelchair or if we need to store your device backstage.

Special Accommodations

Call the theater ahead of time if you have questions or need specific assistance.

Seating and Late Arrivals

Doors open 30 minutes before showtime, so arrive early to find your seat and enjoy the atmosphere. All seats are reserved, and we kindly ask that you be in your seat before the performance begins. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management and may be assigned to alternate seating.

Ticket Use

Tickets are reserved for the specific show and date selected and cannot be transferred to a different production.

Performance Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel a performance, you’ll have the option to:

  • Reschedule for another date,
  • Donate your tickets to support the theater, or
  • Receive a gift certificate for the value of your tickets.

Showtimes

  • Evening performances begin at 7:30 PM
  • Saturday matinees begin at 4:00 PM or 12:30 PM
  • Youth Stage and A Christmas Carol performances have varying start times—please check your confirmation email or ticket for details.

Food & Drink

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the theater. We invite you to visit our concessions stand, which is open 30 minutes prior to all performances and during intermisison.

Performance Etiquette

Please silence all devices before the show begins. Devices that emit light—such as phones, tablets, and smartwatches—can be distracting to performers and fellow audience members. Kindly refrain from using them during the performance. Please keep conversations to a minimum during the performance so everyone can enjoy the show.

Recording & Photography

Recording & Photography: To respect the performers and copyright laws, recording or photographing any part of the show is strictly prohibited. This includes cameras, mobile phones, and other recording devices.
