I can't find my tickets. What do I do?
If your tickets don’t appear immediately after purchase, try force quitting the app and reopening it. If they still aren’t showing, ensure you’re signed into the same account used to make the purchase.
Can I buy tickets through the app?
Yes! With The Ruth app, you can easily purchase and reserve tickets for both youth and mainstage productions.
How do I stay updated on upcoming events and offers?
Turn on your notifications! The Ruth app keeps you updated on upcoming youth and mainstage productions, special offers, and exciting events—so you never miss a moment of the magic.
How do I find or reset my password?
Go to TheRuth.org on your regular browser, hit login, and then choose forgot login. If that doesn't work- Contact our box office at 801-226-8600, and our team will be happy to assist you!
Can I have both paper tickets and mobile tickets?
You're welcome to use either paper or mobile tickets.
Just a heads-up: if you open your ticket in the app, a printed ticket will not be waiting at the Box Office—but we’re happy to print one if needed. To help keep the will call line moving, we recommend sticking with one ticket type when possible.
Once we begin scanning tickets, opening a mobile ticket will void any previously printed version. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!
What if my entire party isn’t with me when I’m ready to enter?
No problem! You can still pick up all your tickets at Will Call or access them in the app while you wait. If you'd like to be seated before the rest of your group arrives, just let us know—we’ll be happy to leave the remaining tickets at Will Call for them to pick up
