Frequently Asked Questions

What are the Rollover and Exchange Period?

Rollover Period:
Renew your same season ticket package—same seats, same performance weeks. You can also request any changes at this time.

Exchange Period:
The Box Office processes change requests in the order received during the Rollover Period. No need to call—we’ll email you once your request has been completed.

How do I change my seating?

You’re welcome to request any changes when you renew during the Rollover Period.
If we can’t fulfill your request right away, we’ll review it during the Exchange Period and follow up with you by email.
If the change affects your total, we’ll adjust your payment accordingly. If we’re unable to make the change, you’ll still keep your original package—no action needed.

How do I change the kind of package or the package night?

You can request changes—like switching your package type or night—when you renew during the Rollover Period. Since these updates may affect your seating, be sure to include as much detail as possible. If we can’t make the change right away, we’ll review your request during the Exchange Period in the order it was received.
You’ll get an email once it’s been processed—no need to call. If your change affects your total, we’ll bill or refund you accordingly. If we can’t fulfill your request, you’ll keep your original package.

When can I make reservations with my Flex Package?

For the fastest processing, include your reservation requests when you renew—these are handled first, in the order received, once the Exchange Period begins.
Otherwise, we recommend booking online or calling the Box Office at least six weeks before your desired show date, especially if you have specific seating preferences.
You can reserve your tickets for the full season all at once or one show at a time.
Once your reservation is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

How do I reserve additional single tickets or use my promotional vouchers?

Season ticket holders will receive exclusive early access to individual tickets beginning August 3. A personalized link will be emailed to you at that time.

Individual tickets will become available to the general public on September 7.

What if I need to change a few dates in my package?

No problem—you get one free date change per show as part of your season ticket benefits. If you already know which dates you’ll need to change, you can request those updates when you renew during the Rollover Period. Just know that using your free date change at that time applies it for that show—even if your plans change later.

Because date changes usually affect seating, be sure to include detailed notes about your preferences. If your request can’t be fulfilled right away, it will be reviewed during the Exchange Period in the order it was received. You’ll get an email once it’s been processed—no need to call. If your new seats fall under a different pricing tier, we’ll adjust your total accordingly.

Prefer to wait? You’re also welcome to use your free exchange closer to the show date if you think your plans might shift again.

How do I renew fewer Season Tickets than I currently have?

If you’d like to renew fewer packages than you had last year, just contact the box office during the Rollover Period and we’ll be happy to help adjust your order.

Please note: if you renew online, you’ll only be able to renew the exact number of packages listed on your account.

How can I renew Season Tickets for someone else as a gift?

We’d love to help you share the gift of theater! To renew tickets for someone else, simply schedule an appointment during the Rollover Period. Our Box Office staff will walk you through the process and make sure everything is set up just right.

How do I renew in person or over the phone?
