How to Renew Your Season Tickets
Renew by May 30 to keep your same seats and performance week for the 2026 season. During the Rollover Period, you’re first in line to renew your current package. You may also request changes at this time. If your request can’t be fulfilled during the Rollover Period, it will be processed in the Exchange Period, in the order it was received.
Before Renewal Begins
- Log in to your Ruth and Nathan Hale Theater account and update your contact info. You already have an account. Do NOT create a new one
- Use the email that receives confirmation emails. If you’ve never logged in, request a new password.
- Click on your email address in the top left corner of the screen to access your account info. If no reservations appear, your tickets may be linked to another email. If you’re unable to log in, call the Box Office at 801-226-8600. Your login email may differ from the one that received this notice.
Renewal Instructions
- Sign In Use the personalized renewal link sent at the start of the Rollover Period. This link won’t be active until the Rollover Period begins. Reminder: Do not create a new account.
- Review Your Package Your current package—dates and seats—is held throughout the Rollover Period. After May 30, unrenewed packages will be released to fulfill change requests and then made available to the public.
- Submit Change Requests (Optional) If you'd like to request a different performance week or seating area, write your request in the designated field during renewal. All requests are processed during the Exchange Period, in the order received. No need to call—you’ll receive an email once your request has been completed. If your new package costs more or less, your payment will be adjusted accordingly. For more on change requests, see the Frequently Asked Questions.
- Complete Your Transaction You may also purchase tickets to A Christmas Carol during checkout. If you miss adding them, please call the Box Office at 801-226-8600 to reserve. Please contact the Box Office with any questions or concerns. No changes can be made to any packages until the Exchange Period begins.
