2027 Season Ticket Policies
General Policies
Weeknight and Weekend Season Ticket Packages include one admission to all eight Mainstage productions. Flex Packages may be purchased in 5-, 6-, 7-, or 8-show options and allow you to choose your performances throughout the year. A Christmas Carol is not included in any season ticket package.
All season ticket packages include one free date exchange per production when requested at least two business days before the scheduled performance. Free exchanges apply to performance date changes only and do not include seating tier upgrades. If you exchange into a performance or seating area with a higher ticket price, you will be responsible for paying the difference in ticket value.
Reserving Your Flex Season Tickets
Reservations may be made online through your account or by calling the Box Office. If reserving by phone, please let us know that you are a season ticket holder and how many seats you would like to reserve.
You may reserve seats in any available seating area up to and including Preferred seating at no additional charge. Premier seating may be selected, subject to availability, for an additional $10 per seat.
We encourage you to reserve your seats as early as possible. Seating is subject to availability, and the theater is not responsible for limited seating options if reservations are made late or if a performance is missed without a reservation.
Checking Your Reservation Dates
You can view your upcoming reservations by logging into your online account. Once logged in, click on your email address in the top-right corner to access your profile, then select “Upcoming Events” to see your reservations. If you haven’t used the online ticketing system before, activate your account by clicking the activation link on the login page and following the instructions provided.
Reservation Changes
Each season ticket includes one free date exchange per production if requested at least two business day in advance. Additional date exchanges are $5 per ticket.
You my exchange your seat through the online portal or by calling the box office at 801-226-8600. If you move to a performance or seating area with a higher ticket price, you will be charged the difference.
When you call, let us know you are a season ticket holder and specify how many seats you’d like to exchange.
Show Reminders
If the theater has your email address, as a courtesy, you will receive a reminder at least one day before your scheduled reservations.
Unused Tickets
The Theater is not responsible for missed performances. Missed performances cannot be rescheduled to a future performance. However, unused tickets may be applied toward standby admission for another performance of the same production, subject to availability. A $10 per-seat reseating fee will apply.
Stand-by
The Box Office will begin a standby list 30 minutes before each performance. The line will form at the Box Office, and any seats released through last-minute cancellations will be offered to those on the standby list on a first-come, first-served basis.
Standby seating is not guaranteed. Guests must be present in person to join the standby list; we are unable to accept standby requests by phone.
