Company auditions will take place April 25, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Students may audition for Acting Company or Musical Theatre Company.

When are production auditions?
Audition dates vary by show. Please check this page for the most up-to-date information. Detailed audition requirements are typically posted about two weeks before auditions are due.
When are company auditions?
Company auditions will take place April 25, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Students may audition for Acting Company or Musical Theatre Company. Auditions are broken up into 30min time slots.
Do students need to sign up for an audition time?
Yes. Students will reserve a specific audition time slot through our website. Audition registration will open on April 1, 2026.
What should students prepare for auditions?
- Acting Companies: Prepare a 30-second monologue.
- Musical Theatre Companies: Prepare a 30-second song.
Do students have to audition for all academy classes?
No. Only company programs require an audition. Open enrollment classes are available to students of all experience levels.
What happens at auditions?
Auditions typically include a short song or monologue and may include a dance combination depending on the production. Specific instructions will be provided in advance.
What if my child has never auditioned before?
That’s completely okay! Many of our students are new to auditions. Our team works to make auditions a positive and educational experience.
How can I help my child prepare for auditions?
Encourage them to choose material they enjoy and feel confident performing. Help them think about the character, the story they’re telling, and remind them to have fun—auditions are meant to be a positive experience.
When will casting/placement be announced?
Casting and company placement are typically announced within a few days after auditions via email. Registration will open once placements are finalized.
